3. What happens when I click “Start Free Trial”?

Yes. Once you update your registered email in Settings → Personal Information, future logins must use the new email address. Existing active sessions may require re-authentication depending on security settings (especially if 2FA is enabled).

2. If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, will it apply across all modules?

Yes. Once enabled in Account Information, 2FA applies to the entire platform including Dashboard, Document Generator, Case Strategy Engine, and Compliance modules.

3. What happens to my data if I downgrade my subscription plan?

Your historical data (clients, cases, documents) remains stored. However: • Access to premium modules may be restricted. • AI credit-based features may be limited. • Team Collaboration access may be reduced depending on the plan.

4. Why does the Case Type Distribution not update immediately after adding a new case?

The Dashboard reflects real-time data but may require clicking Reload Data after adding new cases or editing case categories.

5. If I delete a client, will related statistics automatically adjust?

Yes. The summary cards dynamically calculate totals based on active records. Removing linked records updates Dashboard analytics accordingly.

7. Can one client be linked to multiple cases?

8. If I edit a client’s contact details, will previously generated documents update automatically?

No. Documents already generated remain unchanged. Updated details will reflect only in future documents.
