• Users may cancel their SmartVakheel.AI subscription at any time through account settings or customer support.
• Cancellation stops future renewals only.
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time.

Refund Policy

SmartVakheel.AI follows a strict no-refund policy for subscriptions and digital services.

Refunds are considered only in rare cases, such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Failed transaction where amount was deducted but service not activated
• Legal or regulatory restrictions preventing service delivery

All refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.

Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
• Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on bank and payment gateway timelines.

No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Partial usage or non-usage
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated drafts
• Case outcomes, court rejections, or filing errors
• API credits, add-ons, or storage upgrades
• Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

Annual Subscriptions

• Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable.
• No pro-rated refunds for early cancellation.

Service Changes

SmartVakheel.AI may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at its discretion. Any refunds or credits, if applicable, are provided only at SmartVakheel.AI's discretion.
